Some of Vareesha Sachan’s fondest childhood memories are of exploring exhibitions and local markets with her mother and Mausi, discovering the beauty of Chikankari, Kantha, Phulkari and Ikat. She was fascinated by the way an artisan’s touch could transform a simple fabric into something truly special. Over time, she felt these beautiful crafts deserved to be celebrated beyond festivals and special occasions.

That thought became the beginning of WINK&WISH—bringing India’s rich handcrafted traditions into the everyday wardrobe of the modern woman. With thoughtful designs, premium comfortable fabrics and styles for every mood—from bold to understated—we create pieces for work, casual days, light celebrations and everything in between. Founded by Vareesha Sachan, an alumna of ISB and IIT Roorkee, WINK&WISH is her celebration of India’s timeless crafts, reimagined for today.
