Refund policy

We take every measure to ensure you receive the product as per your expectations, however, we understand there still might be some returns possible.

If you have received an item that is not the correct fit or upto your expectations, you can return the same within 7 days from the date of delivery

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you would have received, unworn or unused, with the tag, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange for a pick up of items from your address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
Exchanges are possible where desired exchange product is available. The exchange product must be of same or higher value. The exchange product is shipped once we receive the original product. 

However please let us know the choice of exchange product in advance as finishing and processing takes 1-2 days.

Any balance amount must be paid by the customer.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in case of prepaid orders within 5-7 days. For COD orders we will ask for your Bank account details or UPI handle once the product is received at our warehouse. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
