1.Will I get unstitched material or stitched product?
You will get the complete stitched suit, stitched to your custom size without any additional stitching cost.

2.How can I take my size?
You can use a tailor's tape or any standard measuring tape (with inch measurements) to measure the same. You can either take your body measurements or use any well-fitting garment for the same. Guidelines are mentioned in the form that will be shared. You can also access the form through the 'custom size' section of the website.

3.What should I do if I do not have any tape to measure?
If you do not have a tape, please write to us at support@winkandwish, com or call us at 8197307389, we will get it delivered to you if you are in Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, or Hyderabad. If you are not in either of these cities, we will call you to advise on the best way to give your measurements.

4. Should I enter my size before placing the order?
Order placing is not contingent on sharing the size. You can place the order once you have decided which fabric you like. Our team will call you if you do not submit measurements in 24 hours.
It is preferred that you place the order earlier as some pieces in hand embroidery like chikankari are available in single pieces only.

5.In how many days will I get the product?
We value a delightful customer experience and aim to deliver the stitched product at your doorstep within 7 days, however in case of circumstantial delay, please expect it within 10 days.

6.Do I need to enter my size again when I want to purchase the next item?
No, you do not need to enter your size again, however in case you are ordering for family, friend or relative you can enter the size again.
Additionally, if you feel your body measurements may have changed, you are free to access the form and edit your size.
