Return and Refund Policy

We take every measure to ensure you receive the product as per your expectations, however, we understand there still might be some returns possible.

If you have received an item that is not the correct fit or upto your expectations, you can return the same within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you would have received, unworn or unused, with the tag, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange for a pick up of items from your address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
Exchange may be available if the other required size of the same product is available. First, the original item will be picked up and received. Then the exchange size will be shipped and delivered.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If the return does not come in your payment method by 7 business days from approval, please notify us at support@winkandwish.com.
